Bring science, creativity, and discovery to life with a YES! Field Trip! Yavapai Exploration and Science (YES!) offers engaging, hands-on STEAM field trips for schools, preschools, homeschool groups, learning pods, and youth organizations throughout Prescott and Yavapai County.

Choose the field trip experience that works best for your group. Visit the YES! Exploration Center in Prescott for an interactive learning experience in our hands-on space, or let YES! bring the field trip to your school with an engaging STEAM program designed to get students experimenting, building, creating, and problem-solving together.

Preschool Field Trips at the YES! Exploration Center

​

Bring your preschool group to YES! for two hours of hands-on learning, exploration and play. Each field trip includes one guided STEAM activity and time to explore the Early Explorers Learning Lab.

​

Our learning environment encourages curiosity, creativity, collaboration and discovery through imaginative play, sensory experiences, building, art and early science.

​

Field Trip Details:

• Recommended for ages 3–5

• Two-hour experience

• $20 per child

• Maximum capacity of 15 children

• Includes one guided STEAM activity

• Includes exploration time in the Early Explorers Learning Lab

• Available at the YES! Exploration Center in Prescott

YES! In-School Field Trips

Can't come to us? YES! can bring the learning to your school! Our one-hour assemblies transform your school space into an exciting science learning environment through two engaging science demonstrations.

​

These programs are designed to spark curiosity, encourage questions and introduce students to science through memorable, interactive demonstrations.

Assembly Details:

• One-hour program

• Includes two science demonstrations

• Accommodates up to 120 students

• $500 per assembly

• Available to schools throughout the Quad Cities area

YES! Classroom Programs

 

Give students a more personal, hands-on STEAM experience without leaving your school. Our one-hour classroom programs include a short science demonstration followed by one large hands-on activity completed by the students.

​

Participants are encouraged to make predictions, test ideas, solve problems and learn through doing.

​

Classroom Program Details:

• One-hour program

• $20 per student

• Minimum of 18 students

• Maximum of 30 students

• Includes a short science demonstration

• Includes one large hands-on student activity

• Available throughout the Quad Cities area
